From the National Register nomination
The circa 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with vinyl siding modified Queen Anne sits on a concrete block complex standing seam metal roof. The house has 3,632 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, a wood columned wraparound porch that wraps to the west with wood columns and a wooden balustrade, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, and there is a off-center to the east front door with decorative transom. There is a central brick chimney. There is a two-story, three-bay projection to the west with one-over-one, double hung, wood sash windows. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
