From the National Register nomination
The 1905 2.5-story, wood-frame with vinyl siding early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a complex slate roof. The house has 3,754 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a two-bay arrangement. The façade also has a two-story, one-bay projection under the front facing gable located on the eastern half of the façade, the synthetic one-story replacement porch wraps to the west, and an off-center to the east front door. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacement windows. There is a central brick interior chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
