From the National Register nomination
The 1900 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a complex slate roof. Gabled sections of the roof scalloped wood details. The house has 4,836 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a three-bay arrangement that is dominated by a wraparound wood columned porch that wraps to the west and an off-center to the front door. The windows are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a three-bay, two-story projection to the west of the house. There is a central brick chimney. The house also has notable painted brick elements, such as the window arches being painted with contrasting colors. There is a 1.5-story, wood-frame garage to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
