From the National Register nomination
The 1905 two-story, wood-frame with weatherboard modified Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a complex slate roof that has metal ridgeline detailing and multiple gables with scalloped wood details. The house has 2,710 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, a wood wraparound porch that wraps to the west with wood columns with shingle details on the base, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows on the second floor, decorative Victorian multi-paned windows and small oval stained glass windows dominate the first floor, and there is a off-center to the east front door. There are two interior brick chimneys. There is a three-bay projection on the second floor of the main elevation that is accented with scalloped wood detailing, and there is a projection one-bay projection on the west elevation that sits under a gabled end. There is a one-story, masonry garage located to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
