From the National Register nomination

The circa 1910 two-story, wood-frame with weatherboard modified Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal roof that is clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 4,167 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a three-bay arrangement with an off-center to the west front door that has an intact fanlight and sidelights, a one-story wraparound porch with paired wood columns on limestone piers that wraps to the east, a three-bay projection the east half of the façade sits under a front facing gable with scalloped wood detailing. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung with carved wood detail arches, and topped with brick arches. There are two brick interior chimneys--one in the east front of the house and one in the west rear of the house. There is a concrete and limestone retaining wall that follows portions of the south and east property lines. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
