From the National Register nomination
The 1904 2.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard modified Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a complex roof that is clad with slate. The house has 3,920 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a four-bay arrangement that is accented by the paired wood columned wraparound porch that wraps to the east and west. There is also an impressive two-story west turret. The front door is off-center to the west with an intact transom and sidelights. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a rear brick interior chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
