From the National Register nomination

The circa 1900 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a complex terracotta roof with projecting gables with scalloped wood details. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with a two-story, three-bay projection with a front-facing gable with scalloped wood details on the east half of the façade, a wraparound three-bay, paired wood columned porch set on brick piers that wraps to the west and has a partial enclosure with scalloped wood details, and an off-center to the east front door with an intact fanlight and sidelights. Windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is an interior brick chimney. There is a one-story, wood frame hipped roof garage with aluminum siding and a metal roof to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood. The terracotta roof, however, does make the building more significant as it is one of three buildings in the entire neighborhood to use this roofing material.
