From the National Register nomination
The circa 1915 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a slightly limestone foundation under a complex slate roof with projecting dormers. The building has 4,866 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a four-bay arrangement with a centered front door with an intact stained glass transom and sidelights, as well as, a porte cochere on the east. There is a one-story, three-bay porch with brick posts resting on limestone piers. Windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacements. There is an interior brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
