From the National Register nomination

The circa 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a complex slate roof. The building has 3476 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The main façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with a two-story west turret with a conical slate roof, a partially enclosed wraparound three-bay, wood columned porch, and an off-center to the east front door with an intact transom and sidelights. Windows throughout are one-over-one double hung, vinyl replacements. There are two oval shaped windows with decorative glass on the second story of the main elevation. There is a central interior brick chimney. There are sporadic shrubbery and mature trees throughout the yard. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage with brick veneer and a pyramidal roof located to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback for the neighborhood.
