The circa 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a complex slate roof with projecting dormers. The building has 3,874 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement, a wooden post one-story wraparound porch that wraps to the east and west, a front facing gabled two-story projection on the east half of the façade, and an off-center to the east front door with an intact transom and sidelights. Exterior staircases have been added on the east and west elevations to provide access into the multiple rental units that are provided by this large house. There is also a two-story, wood-frame addition on the southwest corner of the house. Windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash, with the exception of the windows in the dormer which are original diamond paned-over-one wood windows. There is also a two-story, three-bay projection on the east elevation. There is a central interior brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
