From the National Register nomination

The circa 1940 two-story, wood frame with vinyl siding Colonial Revival house sits on a concrete block foundation under a complex roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 4,319 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a four-bay arrangement, one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl windows. There is a central brick chimney. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. There is a concrete driveway to the west of the house that allows access to the attached garage. There are foundation plantings and mature shade trees in the yard. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
