From the National Register nomination
The circa 1939 two-story, wood frame with vinyl siding and brick Colonial Revival house sits on a concrete block foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,744 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building is symmetrical with a central recessed front door that is flanked by two octagonal shaped windows. The second floor is cantilevered over the first, and there is a change in materials from painted brick veneer on the first story to vinyl siding on the second story. The windows on the first level are eight-over-eight, double-hung, vinyl replacement windows. There are matching interior-end brick chimneys located on the gabled ends. There is a small wooden picket fence defining the north property line where the yard meets the sidewalk. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
