From the National Register nomination

The 1923 1.5-story wood frame with stucco Bungalow sits on a concrete block foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,583 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a two-bay arrangement, a full frontal, integral porch with a brick piers and a stucco base, a projecting dormer that has three eight-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows and bracketed eaves, the gabled ends also have bracketed eaves. The front door is off center to the west and an east exterior-end brick chimney. There is also a brick retaining wall that defines the west property line and the paved driveway located to the west. There is a one-story, front-gabled garage to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
