The 1957 two-story, wood frame with brick veneer Modern Movement duplex sits on a concrete block foundation under a hipped roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,240 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building is symmetrical with a central hipped wood porch with wood posts that covers the two points of entry for the duplex. The façade has one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl windows. There is no chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
