From the National Register nomination

The 1938 1.5-story wood frame with weatherboard Cottage-style-dwelling sits on a brick foundation under a side-gabled roof clad asphalt shingles. The building has 2,607 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The facade of the building features a centered front door, a full-front wooden post porch with a wooden balustrade, six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows and three projecting dormers with six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is also a rear unpainted deck and a full basement. There is no visible chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
