From the National Register nomination

The 1920 two-story, wood-frame with stucco and wood shingles Dutch Colonial Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a gambrel with asphalt shingles. The house has 3,568 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with an intact fanlight and sidelights under a one-story, one-bay arched porch with paired wood columns, a continuous projecting dormer and a north one-story, one-bay side porch. The windows include nine-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash, and six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There are north and south exterior-end brick chimneys. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage to the east of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
