From the National Register nomination
The circa 1900 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal roof that is clad with asphalt shingles and has projecting dormers on all elevations. The house 4,104 has square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door that has an intact transom and sidelights, a one-story wraparound porch with wood columns that sit on a brick base that wraps to the west. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash with the exception of the dormer windows which are eight-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a central brick interior chimney. The rear of the house also has double wooden porches. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage located to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
