From the National Register nomination
The circa 1900 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Four Square sits on a limestone foundation under a complex slate roof. The house has 2,658 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a two-bay arrangement with an off-center to the east front door that has a multi-paned transom and sidelights, a full-front one-story three-bay wood columned porch, and a front facing gable with three fixed windows that are accented by the geometric wood details in the gable. The western half of the façade projects out with a one-bay two-story arrangement. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash with the exception of the dormer windows which are eight-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is an interior chimney to the rear of the house. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
