From the National Register nomination

The circa 1900 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a poured concrete foundation under a pyramidal standing seam metal roof. The house has 3,686 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door that has intact sidelights, a full-front one-story three-bay porch supported by square wood columns. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash with the exception of the dormer windows which are six-paned fixed wooden windows. There is and east interior chimney and a west exterior end chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
