BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The circa 1950 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a concrete block foundation under a hipped roof that is clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 3,564 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door that leads into a hipped roof enclosed porch with brick veneer. The windows flanking the front door are one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacements and the remaining windows are six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is a north exterior end brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
