From the National Register nomination
The circa 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with stucco Tudor Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a complex roof that is clad with asphalt shingles. The house 2,328 has square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The facade is asymmetrical, but has a central front door with stoop and overhang. The house also features typical Tudor Revival detailing in the gables. There is a brick interior chimney in the southeast corner of the house. There are two brick interior chimneys-one in the east front of the house and one in the west rear of the house. There is a one-story, wood-frame shed to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
