From the National Register nomination

The circa 1900 two-story, wood-frame with painted brick veneer early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a front-gabled, standing seam metal roof that is accented with shingle detailing in the gable and nine-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The house has 4,326 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, a wood wraparound porch that wraps to the west and east with wood columns set on limestone piers, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, and an off-center to the west front door with intact transom. There is an interior brick chimney. There is a rounded two-story, three-bay projection on the west elevation. There is a two-story, wood-frame garage located to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
