From the National Register nomination

The 1928 one-story, wood-frame modified Bungalow sits on a brick foundation under a predominately side-gabled asphalt shingled roof. The house has 3,106 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a one-story, two-bay porch with wood columns set on concrete piers on the west, whereas the east half of the façade features a three-window connected arrangement with two six-over-one, wood sash, double hung windows flanking a larger nine-over-nine, double-hung, wood-sash window. The front door is off-center to the west and is flanked by twelve-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is a vinyl siding portion of the west half of the façade that appears to have been added at a later date, given the asymmetrical nature of the roofline and the fact that the façade appears to be out of character for the Bungalow movement with the arrangement that is now present. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage with a pyramidal roof to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
