BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The circa 1925 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer modified Queen Anne sits on a brick foundation under a complex standing-seam metal roof. The house has 3,051 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a three-bay arrangement with an off-center to the east front door with an intact fanlight and sidelights, a wood columned on brick piers wraparound porch that wraps to the west, and a two-story three bay projection on the western half that is situated under a front-facing gable. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is an interior brick chimney. There is a wood-frame garage to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
