From the National Register nomination
The 1920 1.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer and wood shingles modified Bungalow sits on a limestone foundation under a predominately side-gabled asphalt shingled roof. The house has 3,347 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a one-story, three-bay porch with wood columns set on a wood shingled base, a three-bay one-story projection on the eastern half of the main façade, and a large projecting dormer in the half story with a front-facing gable. The front door is centered with an intact fanlight and sidelights. There are diamond paned-over-one, wood-windows on the first floor. There is a small concrete retaining wall defining the north boundary of the property. There is also a one-story, wood-frame garage to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
