From the National Register nomination
The 1920 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer Bungalow sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled roof that is clad with pressed metal shingles. The building has 3,024 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a centered front door with an intact multi-paned transom, a projecting dormer with three six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, and a one-story, one-bay full-front brick piered porch. The first floor windows are twelve-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is an interior brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
