From the National Register nomination
The 1912 one-story, wood-frame with brick veneer and wood shingles modified Bungalow sits on a limestone foundation under a hipped asphalt shingled roof with projecting dormers on all sides. The house has 3,710 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a wraparound porch with wood columns and a wooden balustrade that wraps to the east. The front door has an intact multi-paned transom and sidelights. Windows throughout are six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a dentil molding at the cornice line. There are two interior brick chimneys. There is also a driveway located on the east side of the house. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
