BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The 1925 one-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Cottage-style dwelling sits on a non-visible foundation under a complex standing-seam metal roof. The house has 3,197 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house has multi-paned vinyl windows and the main point of entry is located on the west elevation in a one-bay projection with brick stairs. There is a west exterior end brick chimney. The remainder of the yard has a concrete retaining wall that defines the north property line, and there are foundation plantings. There is also a concrete driveway to the west of the house. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
