From the National Register nomination
The 1920 1.5-story wood-frame with stucco Colonial Revival sits on a brick foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house 2,870 has square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay wood columned porch with a limestone base porch with a porte cochere on the east. There is a large projecting dormer from the half story that has vinyl siding and two one-over-one, double-hung vinyl windows. The first floor windows that flank the front door are also one-over-one, double-hung vinyl windows, but are paired. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
