From the National Register nomination

The 1940 1.5-story wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled, asphalt-shingled roof. The house has 3,004 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house faces West View Street; however, the house bears an Ott Street address. The house features a five-bay arrangement with an off-center to the east front door that is slightly under a one-story, one-bay wood columned porch. The windows throughout include, one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl, eight-over-eight, double-hung, vinyl and six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl. There is a central interior brick chimney. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage to the east of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
