BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The 1931 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled roof that is clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 2,415 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with an intact fanlight and sidelights under a one-story, one-bay paired wood column portico, and six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is a south exterior-end brick chimney. There is a one-story, wood-frame with weatherboard and a pyramidal roof garage located to the east of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
