BrickContributes to the historic character of the district
From the National Register nomination
The 1953 1.5-story wood-frame with brick veneer modified Ranch sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 4,450 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house has a four-bay arrangement with the south side of the façade being a front facing gable that houses the off-center to the south front door. The north side of the façade has two large single-paned windows that are flanked by six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There are two projecting dormers in the half story on the north side with one-over-one, vinyl windows. There is an exterior-end brick chimney located on the south elevation and a central brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
