The 1932 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer Bungalow sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled roof that is clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,814 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a centered front door, a continuous projecting dormer with three four-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows and two three-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is a brick one-story, three-bay squared wooden post porch that has a screened in section on the north side. The first-floor windows are four-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is an interior brick chimney on the south elevation. There is a one-story wood-frame front gabled garage located to the east of the main house. There is a paved driveway on the south side of the house that leads to the garage. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
