From the National Register nomination

The 1920 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer early 20th Century American Movement house multiple dwelling sits on a limestone foundation under a complex standing-seam metal roof. The building has 2,488 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement with a two-story, three-bay projection under a front-facing gable with scalloped wood details on the north side and an off-center to the south point of entry with two doors under a wood columned one-story, one-bay porch with a second floor wooden balustrade. There is a two-story, one-bay projection on the south elevation. There is a central brick interior chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
