From the National Register nomination
The 1920 2.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal standing-seam metal roof with projecting gables. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement with a two-story, one-bay projection under a front-facing gable on the north side and an off-center to the south front door with intact transom under a wood-columned pedimented portico. There is a two-story, one-bay projection on the south elevation. There is a brick interior chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
