From the National Register nomination

The 1906 2.5-story, wood-frame with stucco early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a complex standing-seam metal roof. The building has 2,652 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement with a two-story, three-bay projection under a front-facing gable with scalloped wood details on the north side and an off-center to the south point of entry with two doors under a wood-columned one-story, one-bay porch with a second floor wooden balustrade. There is a two-story, one-bay projection on the south elevation. There is a central brick interior chimney. There is a one-story masonry garage with a pyramidal roof located to the east of the primary resource. The house sits on a typically sized lot for the neighborhood and is representative of setback standards for the neighborhood. The site has mature trees to the rear of the lot. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
