From the National Register nomination
The 1937 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled asphalt-shingled roof. The building has 4,257 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The house is a central block with wings with the main block having a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door flanked by inset wood pilasters. The north and south wings are recessed slightly from the main block, have a slightly smaller scale and feature matching one-story, one-bay wood columned porch with wooden balustrades on the first and second floors. The windows throughout are eight-over-eight, double-hung, wood-sash. There are north and south interior brick chimneys. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
