From the National Register nomination
The 1916 two-story, wood-frame with weatherboard Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal standing-seam metal roof. The building has 3,675 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement with a front-facing slightly projected gable with scalloped wood details, an off-center to the north front door with an intact transom, and a one-story wraparound wood columned porch that wraps to the south. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash that are accented by brick arches above. There is a central brick interior chimney. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage with a pyramidal roof to the east of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
