From the National Register nomination
The 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal slate roof. The building has 3,910 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement with a front-facing gable with scalloped wood details, an off-center to the north front door with an intact transom, and a one-story wraparound wood columned porch. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash that are accented by brick arches above. There is a central brick interior chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
