From the National Register nomination
The 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Queen Anne sits on a limestone foundation under a complex pressed metal shingle roof. The building has 4,588 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with an off-center to the north front door and a projecting dormer with a decorative glass-over-one window. The front is also dominated by a one-story wraparound porch with paired wood columns on limestone piers that wraps to the south to create a south porte cochere. The remaining windows throughout are twelve-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a two-story, one-bay projection on the south elevation. There is an interior brick chimney on the south side of the house. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
