From the National Register nomination

The 1910 one-story, wood frame with vinyl siding and wood shingle detailing Bungalow sits on a brick foundation under a complex roof with bracketed eaves that is clad with asphalt shingles. The multiple dwelling has 1,001 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building has been reconfigured and the original front door has been replaced by a set of sliding glass, and the house is now accessed by a door located on the south side of the house. The square wooden post porch with shingle details has also been closed off so that the only point of access is now from inside the house. The first floor has the original windows located on the north portion of the façade, which are eleven-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash with flanking one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a south interior brick chimney. There is a one-story, wood frame garage located to the west of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
