The 1947 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 5,442 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a centered front door that is flanked by paired six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl windows and projecting dormers with six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl windows, and a one-story, one-bay south wing that is slightly smaller in scale to the main block of the building. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage on a concrete block foundation located to the west of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
