The 1947 1.5-story wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a hipped asphalt shingled roof. The house has 2,376 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features a three-bay arrangement with an off-center to the south front door and three projecting dormers. The windows throughout the house are one-over-one, wood-casement windows. There are two interior brick chimneys. It is interesting to note that the house continues on to the rear of the lot with various one-story additions that continue in style and materials making it difficult to tell if they are original to the design of the house or not. The addition also includes a rear carport in the northeast corner of the house that is not visible from the front of the house. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
