From the National Register nomination

The circa 1920 two-story, wood-frame with unpainted weatherboard Colonial Revival multi-family rental unit sits on a limestone foundation under a side-gabled standing-seam metal roof. The building has 2,463 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a full-frontal wooden porch, two centered points of entry into the multiple rental units of the house, and one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacement windows. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
