The circa 1970 one-story, concrete block modified ranch sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled asphalt shingled roof. The house has 1,176 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The house has a six-bay arrangement and has three rental units. There are two points of entry under the front facing gabled porch that is centered on the front of the house.
