The circa 1920 one-story, wood-frame with weatherboard modified ranch sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled standing-seam metal roof. The house has 918 square feet and is divided into three rental units. The façade of the building features a four-bay arrangement with a full-front wooden post porch with a wooden balustrade and a centered front door. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
