From the National Register nomination

The circa 1930 two-story, wood-frame with stucco Colonial Revival house sits on a limestone foundation under a side-gabled standing-seam metal roof. The single-family residence has been converted into three rental units and has 1,378 square feet. The façade of the house features a two-bay arrangement with vinyl replacement one-over-one windows and a full-front two-bay porch. There is a one-story concrete block addition to the rear of the building that projects to the north and is accented by jalousie windows. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
