From the National Register nomination
The circa 1930 two story, wood frame with vinyl siding Mixed Style multiple family rental unit is set on a concrete block foundation under a hipped asphalt shingled roof. The building has 2,334 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. There is no main façade for the house, as it has been reconfigured to accommodate the multiple rental units. Elements of the building included one-over-one double hung, vinyl replacement windows and unpainted wooden decking systems that provide access into rental units. Given the extent of alterations, it is difficult to ascertain the original design of the house. The house materials choice, however, is reflective of the neighborhood as a whole.
