From the National Register nomination

The 1910 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer Bungalow sits on a limestone foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,090 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a three-bay arrangement with a central front door that is flanked by large matching multi-paned, wood-sash windows grouped in threes to the east and west of the central front door. There is an integral brick porch with brick piers. There is a continuous dormer that has six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The eaves of the roof and the dormer are bracketed. The east elevation shows a secondary point of entry under a gabled overhang. There is an interior brick chimney that is off center to the west. There is a small masonry garage located to the south of the house. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
