The 1952 1.5-story wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a hipped roof clad with wood shingles. The building has 3,958 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a centered front door under what appears to be a enclosed one-story, one-bay porch with weatherboard, the front door is flanked by two eight-over-eight, double-hung, wood-sash windows and there are three projecting dormers with six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There are north and south exterior-end brick chimneys. There is a one-story flat roof south addition with weatherboard that also has an exterior end brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
